Salary: $90,500 - 90,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience.
• We require the ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis experience in a process or production environment.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience with robotics work cells and control systems.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience with electrical theory, robotics, control components, and automated equipment.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience with Ladder Logic and structured programming in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs.
• We value experience with HMI and control network components, including maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and design.
• We value experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying motor controls such as starters, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.
• We value experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical systems, industrial controls, and industrial electronics and robotics.
• We value experience interpreting and modifying mechanical and electrical drawings.
• We value experience programming with RSLogix5000, Studio 5000, FT View, and other controls software platforms.

• We serve as the site expert for maintaining the automation systems that are critical to operations.
• We understand, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Profibus, as well as motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.
• We monitor material handling equipment metrics and partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve system performance issues and analyze results across the site.
• We provide first-level escalation support for site technicians, both on site and remotely.
• We perform and evaluate building system assessments to improve material handling system performance.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material handling equipment systems and deliver innovative projects.
• We troubleshoot complex control systems, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
