Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process project submittals received through the environmental review queue and ensure submissions are complete and accurately documented.
  • Verify project locations and routing information, including GIS-related data where applicable.
  • Route projects to appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs) for review and monitor progress through completion.
  • Track review status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and environmental review timelines.
  • Issue environmental releases and documentation upon completion of project reviews.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of environmental data.
  • Assist with troubleshooting environmental tracking system issues and serve as a liaison with IT teams for system support and enhancement requests.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute reports to support compliance, operational, and management needs.
  • Provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Train internal and external stakeholders on environmental workflow tracking systems and associated processes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and records.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to established environmental review procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, energy, or environmental projects.
  • Understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, and construction processes.
  • Experience developing training materials and delivering user training.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate’s degree and/or 2 years of equivalent coursework — Required.
