As a Firmwide Strategy Analyst within JPMorganChase Strategy, you will work on impactful and complex projects with high visibility and help shape and accelerate the firm’s most important strategic priorities. We are looking for talented early-career talent to join us in Strategy Analyst roles across a few of the firm’s strategy teams. You will join one specific Strategy team and will not be cross-staffed across multiple teams, and team placement will be determined through the interview process based on mutual fit and business need. Our Strategy teams follow a hypothesis-driven, empirical approach to problem solving – similar to that adopted by major consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Project teams are small (typically 2-4 people) and will work on a project for up to six months. Projects begin by establishing a strong fact-base, working closely with businesses on both short- and long-term solutions, and culminating in a recommendation readout with senior leadership. When someone joins a JPMorganChase Strategy team, they accelerate their career by working on impactful and complex projects with high visibility, and they become part of a highly collaborative organization that prioritizes learning, professional development, and mentorship. Analysts will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge topics at the frontier of financial services, including firmwide AI adoption, growth strategy, new market and product entry, operating model design, and firmwide efficiency initiatives.
