Lead end-to-end Project Execution: Manage moderately complex strategic projects, keeping timelines on track while ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment across various departments. Transform Data into Insights: Collaborate with internal systems and specialized data teams to gather key metrics, conduct financial and data modeling, and synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable business strategies. Build Executive Presentations: Craft compelling narrative-driven decks and analytical visual summaries that effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to leadership. Facilitate Alignment & Engagement: Design and lead high-impact stakeholder meetings and workshops to foster collaboration, build consensus, and drive clear decision-making.
qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic project management, or advanced data analytics. Analytical Mastery: Proven ability to build financial and data models, conduct capacity and workforce analysis, and turn raw data into strategic insights. Project & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing diverse stakeholder relationships, and communicating clearly at all organizational levels. Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced expertise in Excel (complex formulas, financial/data modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level storylining and presentation design). Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau to explore datasets and build visual insights. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, proactive initiative, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
