Job Description

Caregiver – Wooster, OH (24/7 Client – 8‑Hour Shifts)
Pay: $16–$22/hour
Status: Open
$100.00 SIGN ON BONUS (60 DAYS, 20SHIFTS, NO CALL OFFS)

We are hiring skilled caregivers for a 24/7 client in Wooster. Shifts are structured in 8‑hour rotations. This role requires strong hands‑on care skills and experience supporting clients with memory care needs.

Responsibilities
Skilled in safe transferring techniques

Confident with gait‑belt transfers

Provide verbal cueing and mobility support

Support memory care (redirection, routine building, calm communication)

Meal prep and assistance with daily tasks

Companionship and meaningful engagement

Maintain client safety, dignity, and independence

Requirements
Memory care experience (Alzheimer’s/Dementia)

Skilled in safe transfers, gait belt use, and verbal cueing

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Ability to follow care plans and maintain structure

Dependable transportation

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house (Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, gait belt, slide board, pivot transfers, bed mobility)
• Personal care/hygiene

Qualifications and Skills

• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance (required)
