Salary: $70,000 - 98,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree and at least 1 year of relevant technical experience, or 2 additional years of experience in place of the degree.
• We expect demonstrated knowledge of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, Sentris, and Microsoft Azure.
• We need proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, cloud, and application-level technical issues under tight deadlines.
• We require compliance with DoD 8140.03; the applicant must already hold, or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire, an approved baseline credential aligned to DoD 8140 Work Role System Administrator (451).
• We need the ability to analyze KPI and SLA data and provide insight into variances or performance issues.
• We prefer experience with AI-driven services or API-integrated cloud solutions such as Azure OpenAI, RESTful APIs, or API management tools.
• We prefer experience using incident management frameworks such as ITIL for SLA-driven ticketing, escalation handling, and urgent technical issues.
• We prefer experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• We prefer experience creating and maintaining schedule templates, processes, and procedures.
• We require a current and active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
• We require the ability to remain stationary for up to 75% of the workday.
• We require the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers, including presenting information.
• We require the ability to occasionally move around inside the office.
• We require the ability to operate a computer and other standard office equipment.

• We serve our Microsoft Azure customers by executing project tasks and activities, overseeing work completion, performing quality reviews, and reporting progress.
• We work with our team to deliver systems engineering and systems administration support for Azure, ITSM, Sentris, and Sentris-integrated solutions.
• We assist with technical design and implementation using Agile methods such as Scrum, and we plan, schedule, and update program activities in tools like MS Project and ADO.
• We identify high-risk areas and present recommendations to management.
• We build and maintain strong relationships with key client personnel.
• We coordinate root-cause analysis for complex technical errors within Azure and integrated environments.
