Job Description

NextShining is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies designed to strengthen brand positioning, improve customer engagement, and support business growth. You will collaborate with different team members, assist with campaign planning, analyze market insights, and help ensure marketing initiatives are organized and aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating marketing strategies and campaign initiatives.
• Support market research and identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
• Help organize campaign timelines, priorities, and project deliverables.

• Track campaign performance and assist with preparing reports and recommendations.
