Job Description
This role focuses on producing high-quality components by assembling mechanical and electrical parts and subassemblies. You will work with hand and power tools, interpret mechanical blueprints and assembly diagrams, and perform intermediate-level electrical wiring to integrate electrical components into finished products. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled production facility designed to provide a comfortable and consistent working temperature. You can expect 10-hour shifts and weekend work for the time being, supporting strong production demand. First shift typically runs from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and second shift typically runs from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with multiple openings on each shift. The environment includes the regular use of hand and power tools, torque tools, and assembly equipment, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and maintaining clean workstations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
