Job Description

Jeff D'Ambrosio CDJR in Downingtown, PA is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume Mopar parts department. We are searching for a motivated leader with a strong background in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts operations who is ready to take ownership of inventory, wholesale growth, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.   • Minimum 10 years of Parts Manager experience within a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership
  • Extensive knowledge of Mopar parts and CDJR systems
  • Proven track record managing inventory, obsolescence, and departmental profitability
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with wholesale parts operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reynolds & Reynolds and CDK experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and controls
  • Monitor and improve gross profit and departmental performance
  • Manage parts ordering, receiving, returns, and warranty processes
  • Lead and develop parts counter staff and warehouse personnel
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure efficient workflow
  • Grow and maintain wholesale parts business
  • Ensure excellent customer service for retail and internal customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient department
