serving locally and globally to help take on some of the biggest challenges facing humanity.

Every Lion and club are supported by our international association. More than 300 Lions

  • Liaise with IT to ensure reporting products meet program needs. Pull and analyze service reporting data to measure program success, participation and insights. Prepare regular reports on program engagement and impact.
  • Conduct intake meetings with potential partners and evaluate partnership opportunities. Contribute to the development and maintenance of partnership plans that increase the service impact of Lions and Leos.
  • Support manager in preparation of board meeting materials, reports and budgetary requests related to service programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure quality customer service to Lions, Leos, LCI/LCIF staff and external partners, by maintaining organization standards related to the LCI mission and values.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
We’re Looking for Someone With :
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in nonprofit management, international development, business administration, communications or a related field is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience with project management skills, including organizational skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, research skills, ability to coordinate input from multiple sources for project completion, and ability to use data to make informed decisions about future program development.
  • Experience with program management, volunteer engagement, and / or communications is a plus.
  • Experience with humanitarian or social service or public health programming is a plus.
  • Experience with global trends related to humanitarian service. Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals is a plus.
  • Experience with customer service skills, applying sensitivity to the unique needs of an international membership organization.
