Receptionist

SMP Health – St. Catherine North | Fargo, ND

SMP Health is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused every other weekend  Receptionist to join our team at St. Catherine North . As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment within our long-term care community.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain facility security protocols
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintain confidential resident and organizational information
• Support department leaders with various office-related duties
• Help ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Compassionate and customer-focused approach when interacting with residents and families

Pay & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience

Benefits may be available based on eligibility.

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Every other weekend
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
