Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruiter to support the end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively search for passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
• Review CVs and applications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephone and virtual screening interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for positions.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details and provide candidates with relevant information.
• Coordinate interview logistics and follow up with both candidates and interviewers.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
• Update recruitment pipelines and ensure candidate statuses are current.
• Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding administration where required.
• Generate recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures.
• Maintain organised recruitment documentation and records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding recruitment progress.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Promote a positive employer brand throughout all candidate interactions.
• Utilise recruitment platforms such as Apploi, Indeed, LinkedIn , and other ATS systems to source and manage candidates.
• Ensure recruitment data is accurate and up to date across all platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
• Previous recruitment experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals, clinical, allied health, or administrative healthcare roles is highly advantageous.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Apploi, Indeed, LinkedIn , or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
