Location: Lawton, OK (On-Site)

Position Type: 13-Week Contract / Temporary

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per week

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Job Overview

We are seeking two compassionate, highly motivated, and experienced  Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RN)for a 13-week contract assignment on the 3North Medical-Surgical unit in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is an urgent, quick-start position requiring an adaptable clinical professional who can step into a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional adult patient care during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Manage, assess, and deliver specialized medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse cohort of adult patients on a 3North clinical unit.
• Treatment & Administration: Administer prescribed medications, monitor IV lines, manage complex wound care, and execute clinical physician protocols accurately.
• Patient Monitoring: Watch patient conditions closely, tracking vitals, lab results, and recovery benchmarks. Proactively escalate any dynamic shifts in clinical status to the attending care team.
• Coordination & Documentation: Seamlessly collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to construct and execute thorough discharge planning and daily care objectives. Maintain pristine medical chart entries.

Compensation & Contract Details

• Hourly Rate:  $80.00 / hr (All-inclusive contract rate)
• On-Call Structure: $2.00 per hour pager rate; call-back hours are paid at the standard full all-inclusive hourly rate (0-hour minimum).
• Overtime: Starts after 40 hours per week, paid at the all-inclusive rate.
• Holiday Coverage: Rotation coverage is required for this contract block and is compensated at the standard all-inclusive contract rate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent, dedicated clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an adult Med-Surg or acute care hospital setting.
• Licensure: Active and unencumbered Oklahoma (OK) Registered Nurse license or valid multi-state Compact RN license.
• Certifications Required: Active  BLS/BCLS and  ACLS credentials.
• Availability: Must be able to work 12-hour day shifts (7a-7p) and fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee. Ready for an immediate 09/24/2026deployment start date.
