The Pet Care business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist for the Pet Care team, you will be partnering across marketing, R&D, supply chain, and other key functions to bring new innovations to market while ensuring product compliance. This role contributes directly to company growth and profitability, managing regulatory risk, helping protect our freedom to operate, and ultimately supports Spectrum Brands success.

Success in this role is achieved by building and maintaining trust with cross-functional teams while ensuring accurate and consistent compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory risks, and enabling business operations through practical and effective solutions.
This position is a hybrid role. Hybrid role offers work from home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
The salary range for this role is $87,857 to $131,786. An employee's pay within this range will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
