Job Overview:
Zimmer Biomet, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring for its Robotics division. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to attract, source, and hire top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and recruit highly technical talent across engineering disciplines.
Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and guide candidates through the interview process.
Build strong talent pipelines and provide market insights to hiring managers.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
3+ years of experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
Experience recruiting senior individual contributors through Director-level roles.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
