Caregiver Needed – Marshallville, OH
Pay: $16–$22/hour 8:30AM-12:30 PM M-F
Status: Open

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Home Care Aide to support a client in Marshallville, Ohio. This role requires strong hands‑on care skills and confidence with safe mobility assistance.

Responsibilities
Skilled in safe transferring techniques

Provide verbal cueing and encouragement

Perform gait‑belt transfers safely and correctly

Assist with ADLs as needed

Support comfort, dignity, and independence

Maintain a positive, patient, and professional presence

Requirements
Experience with transfers (gait belt, pivot, safe‑assist)

Ability to follow care plans and provide clear verbal cueing

Reliable transportation

Compassionate, dependable, and punctual

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house (Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, gait belt, slide board, pivot transfers, bed mobility)
• Personal care/hygiene
• Preparing meals
• Light housekeeping

Qualifications and Skills

• Caregiving experience (required)​​​​
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance (required)
• A passion to help others
