Rilla is on a mission to index the offline world.
Today, we've built the leading sales coaching software for organizations doing sales offline. We have over 1000 customers, including Fortune 500 companies across home remodeling, home building, medical device, multifamily, home services, retail, and more, using our product to enable AI sales coaching across their organization.
We are backed by Google Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, Crew Capital, and Broom Ventures, along with others.
We're an in office team in NYC with builders who operate like high speed reinforcement learners. We obsess over our customers, move at a high velocity, are not afraid of failure, and look to maximize our real-world impact.

THE ROLE
You'll join a growth team that runs like a product and engineering team. Ideas become live experiments in days, not quarters.
Rilla does not market features. We tell stories.
You'll own how Rilla's story shows up in the world: showing how Rilla sparks joy and delight for our customers, scaling our social channels, creating the deliverables that fuel our growth, and leveling up our narrative.
You'll have a massive unfair advantage: a brand our customers already love, NPS higher than the iPhone, and customer stories nobody else in tech has: techs, reps, and owners whose businesses and lives change with Rilla.
The bar for success: operating at insanely high speeds while keeping quality high, failing, iterating, taking feedback, and raising the bar for our storytelling beyond our wildest imaginations.
Ultimately, your job is to tell the story of one of the fastest growing companies of all time, and be responsible for the narrative of the next generational company, while it's still early.
WHO YOU ARE
🎬 A full-stack 0-to-1 content producer. You write, design, shoot, edit, and ship video and narrative content at insanely high speeds while maintaining ultra high quality. You never wait on a videographer, designer, or copywriter. You are all of them.
🧠 An infinite learner. Someone who is always curious. You quickly pick up new formats, channels, and tools and execute independently. You are a generalist who will deep dive into a challenge.
🎨 Incredibly creative. You come up with content and narrative ideas nobody else thinks of, then actually make them.
📊 Analytical about creative. You live in the data. You measure your storytelling in business outcomes like traffic, pipeline, applications, and deal velocity, not just views, and you feed every learning back into the next thing you ship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale Rilla's narrative and brand: own the voice, the story, and how they run through everything we publish
- Show how Rilla sparks joy and delight for our customers: find, capture, and produce their stories in formats people actually want to watch and share
- Scale our social channels from presence to gravity: own strategy and execution: write it, design it, film it, cut it, post it, measure it, do it again better
- Create the deliverables that fuel our growth: video, landing pages, decks, campaigns, and event content at the speed the team moves
- Move the needle and prove it: measure the impact of your storytelling on website traffic, inbound revenue, talent applications, enterprise deal velocity, and more
- Integrate AI into content workflows so a team of one produces like a team of ten
- Get in the trenches on anything growth. If it grows Rilla, you'll play an integral part in building it
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- A body of work that proves it: an audience you built, videos that traveled, a brand you shaped, or a channel you grew from zero. We care what you've made, not where you've worked
- Full-stack production skills: writing, design, filming, and editing (Premiere, CapCut, Figma, After Effects, or whatever gets it shipped)
- Demonstrated taste: an instinct for what will land before the data is in, and the ability to articulate why
- Experience growing social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), ideally for a B2B or SMB audience
- A fast gets good before good gets fast mindset. You ship relentlessly, iterate, and do it again.
- Comfort using AI tools to multiply your output without sacrificing quality
- Curiosity about the industries our customers work in (or eagerness to fall in love with them)
