Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fourslide Tool & Die Maker with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a growing, financially strong manufacturing team in the beautiful Tampa Bay area. In this role, you will play a key part in building, setting up, and optimizing high-precision tooling and dies to ensure top-tier component quality and production efficiency. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tool & Die making.
- Specialized Expertise: strong proficiency in setting up, building, and troubleshooting for Nilson and/or Baird Fourslide / Multislide equipment.
- Machining Skills: Proficient in operating tool room equipment and CNC Mills.
- Software: Design experience using KeyCreator, AutoCAD, or comparable CAD software is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities with an eye for detail and precision.
salary: $60,000 - $63,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Build new dies and custom tooling for Nilson and/or Baird Fourslide and Multislide machinery.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair existing dies and tooling to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency.
- Set up Fourslide equipment, conventional tool room machinery, and operate CNC Mills.
- Collaborate on tool and die design using CAD software to support precision manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain high standards of precision and quality control throughout the production cycle.
The essential functions of this role include:
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
