Responsibilities
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
- Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox services, and printing requests
- Operate and maintain shipping and packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift packages as needed
- Be ready to get Notary License (employer paid expenses)
