Job Title : UX/UI Designer

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: On-Site Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 / Year

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Our client is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to help create intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Job Description:

The UX/UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of digital products. This individual will work closely with product, development, and business teams to transform ideas and requirements into engaging, user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about usability, accessibility, and creating seamless experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

• Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on consistency and usability.

• Conduct user research and leverage feedback to refine and improve product experiences.

• Apply best practices for responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies.

• Simplify complex processes into clear and intuitive user journeys.

• Maintain awareness of evolving design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Contribute to design standards, style guides, and scalable design systems where applicable.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience focused on digital products, web applications, or mobile solutions.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.

• Experience designing responsive experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes.

• Knowledge of accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to balance user needs, technical considerations, and business objectives.

Additional Details:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred.

• Experience working within Agile or fast-paced product development environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches is highly desirable.

• Portfolio submissions may be provided through a personal website, Behance, Dribbble, or similar platforms.
